1. What this policy covers

This policy describes how Vaastuon handles information submitted through this website, principally the consultation enquiry form on the Contact page. It does not apply to information you share with us by phone, WhatsApp or email outside of this site, which is governed by the ordinary norms of that conversation and, for WhatsApp specifically, by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the consultation enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your full name, phone number, email address, city, property type, the service you are enquiring about, your preferred contact method, and any message you write. We do not ask for payment information on this site.

Standard technical information — such as your IP address — is processed automatically as part of submitting the form, solely to guard against automated and abusive submissions.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you as a prospective client, and, where you proceed, arrange and deliver a Vastu consultation. Where necessary, we keep a record of that correspondence in the ordinary course of running the business. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How it is delivered and stored

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to Vaastuon by email through Resend, a third-party transactional email provider. Resend processes the message contents solely to deliver the email and does not use them for any other purpose. Beyond that delivery, this site does not store enquiry submissions in a database — the email itself, once delivered, is retained in the ordinary way any business email is kept.

This site is hosted on Vercel’s infrastructure, which processes standard web request data (such as IP addresses) as an ordinary part of serving any website.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies, and no analytics or advertising tracking service is installed on it.

6. Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We will act on reasonable requests promptly. As a business operating in India, we handle personal data with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its associated Rules in mind.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our practices change. The version published on this page is the current one.
