1. What this policy covers
This policy describes how Vaastuon handles information submitted through this website, principally the consultation enquiry form on the Contact page. It does not apply to information you share with us by phone, WhatsApp or email outside of this site, which is governed by the ordinary norms of that conversation.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the consultation enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your full name, phone number, email address, city, property type, the service you are enquiring about, your preferred contact method, and any message you write. We do not ask for payment information on this site.
Standard technical information — such as your IP address — is processed automatically as part of submitting the form, solely to guard against automated and abusive submissions.
3. How we use it
Information you submit is used only to respond to your enquiry and, where you proceed, to arrange and deliver a Vastu consultation. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. How it is delivered and stored
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to Vaastuon by email using a third-party transactional email provider. That provider processes the message contents solely to deliver the email and does not use them for any other purpose. Beyond that delivery, this site does not currently store enquiry submissions in a database.
5. Cookies and analytics

6. Your rights
